The New Year

The Christmas break is now over and it already seems that we are well into 2016. We wish everyone a Happy New Year. It was certainly a busy 2015 for us at BJ Seals Ltd. The move into new premises seemed to take much of the year and was certainly not an easy task! However, all of the hard work has paid off and we could not be happier with the upgrade to our offices and warehouse.

During the year we spent a large amount of time upgrading our website, by adding new and different range listings that we can offer. Along with this we attended several trade shows, which is all a new thing to us, but we have been pleased with the resulting correspondence and feedback. Our aim has been to increase our export activity and by working closely with the Welsh Government we have certainly achieved this.

Our range diversified a large amount during the year, with 45 new developments taking place. The parts ranged from generator hoses, Land Rover mud flaps, JCB gears, engine oil seals and many other types of items. We work closely with our customers and try to give as good a service as possible and we believe this is the reason as to why we are constantly requested to develop these new parts.

The aim for 2016 is continue the work from last year, by offering the best service possible to our customers, whilst continuing to improve the company in all areas. We are looking to introduce a new type of product packaging, which will increase the awareness of our company. Along with this we will continue to progress our website and to grow the company in regions that will be new to us. Hopefully it will lead to another good year!

I wish everyone a happy and prosperous 2016!
